Yesterday..

I forced myself damn hard to solve a tedious problem. Berejam-rejam aku mengadap model tuh, stay till late, but in the end I went back home without solving it. And of course dengan perasaan yang tidak tenang.

Today..

I came to the office, had my usual breakfast, checked my mails, yada..yada..yada. I felt fresh sebab dah ber-work out pagi ini, then I went into simulation room; started on my work. And guess what? Tak sampai 5 min tangan aku pegang mouse, aku dah solve problem yg semalam itu. Alhamdulillah lah kan..

Btw, life reflection untuk hari ini..

I realize that we don’t force ourselves too hard. Kalau agak-agak kepala otak dah jam and takleh berfikir itu, benti lah kerja. Continue when you have recharge urselves. Work is a  never ending story anyway. Yes, we need to work smart, and complete job on time. But kena make sure every minute we spend is a worth one and productive. Kau dok lelama depan PC, but otak jam pun, takda guna kan. My 2 cents lah.

Past sentence 2 : Aku balik JB ari sabtu ini.~! Lalalalla~

Morning workout: 300 Calories climbing + 200 Calories on treadmill

Breakfast: 2 roti wholegrain & kaya + milo 1 mug

Brunch : Milo 1 mug

Lunch : Yong Tau Fu

Tea Time : Milo 1 mug

Evening workout: 200 Calories on treadmill + 200 Calories climbing machine + main squash

Dinner : Milo 1 mug 

Tapi masa on the way balik ke rumah, tangan aku gatal pegi beli meruku mamak kat level 4 tuh.Habes usaha aku gi gym hari ni. Goblok. And I really have to cut on my milo intake. Dah addicted. How meh?

Boleh sesapa cubit aku kalau aku degil pi makan benda tak sehat?
